Since this was a complex case, there were some things that did not turn out as expected, but Mary and Wendy were always upfront with me and walked through what the next steps would be. The only feedback for improvement would be occasionally administrative things were a little disorganized (for instance forgetting to correct errors in paperwork, disposing of the wrong document, having to do some things while I waited rather than having it ready), but there was nothing that impacted the case negatively.
