Mary Rose E. Cook is Counsel in the Firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group. Her practice includes estate planning, probate, litigation involving estate controversies, trust administration, elder law, and income tax preparation. Mary Rose advises clients on the estate planning techniques best suited to their individual needs. In addition to drafting Last Wills and Testaments, Revocable Trusts, Financial Powers of Attorney, and Advance Medical Directives, she has established life insurance trusts, personal residence trusts, retirement plan benefits trusts, dynasty trusts, charitable lead and annuity trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and family limited partnerships.
