I have been recognized by Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers and am rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell. My practice is primarily in medical malpractice defense and insurance defense.  I also do subrogation work for insurance companies and their insureds. I have been president of many organizations, including Communities in Schools, Topeka Public School Foundation and my church.  I have been on the boards of 20-30 civic group, the Topeka Round Up Club and Sunflower Soccer association. I am married with four children.
