I completely understand time is money, but my purpose for this consultation was to ultimately determine if Marvin is the lawyer I plan to hire. If the intent were to have a 15 minute max discussion then why are 30 minute blocks available? Or, provide an email informing me of the shorten duration of allocated time. If 8 minutes were only available, then I would have rearranged my questioning accordingly. I dislike giving poor reviews in a customer centric environment because I have been there myself, but I felt like my call inconvenienced Marvin and I felt extremely undervalued.
