Peck makes you think anything is possible, and that shows up to court unprepared, and didn’t submit hardly any of the info we agreed he would submit to represent my bankruptcy. He even put two copies of the same bill in as evidence, which made us look silly. Drug this proceedings out for over two years and had no problem taking my monthly check, but didn’t do any work. He didn’t even reaffirm my vehicle after numerous request over the two year nightmare, which means he could my car could have been repossessed at any time. I’ve been bugging him about getting some of my money back and instead of saying no and don’t contact me again, I was just served protective orders for stalking!!!??? I have to go to court at the end of this month. Do not waste your time with this attorney. He’s unethical.

This attorney seemed knowledgeable and was initially helpful. However, after a point he just mysteriously stopped returning numerous phone calls. Never even sent a bill, which is highly suspicious. This has left me wondering what I don't know, as it would appear that he is avoiding something. If an atty is simply too busy to accept new clients, that's perfectly understandable, but why not say so, and maybe offer a referral to another attorney? Very odd. I consider this behavior unprofessional and unethical.
