Martin has been my attorney for a number of years, providing both sound business advice as well as strategy in the art of the deal. We have worked on projects ranging from energy efficiency to licensing to IP consulting. I have made several referrals to him for patenting, licensing, and general business law. All have gotten rave reviews.

I've worked with Martin on several different startups. What differentiates Martin is that he is an extraordinarily generous person. One of the startups I was working on did not have any investment and he gave me pro-bono consulting to form the company, develop investment strategies and so forth. I paid him several months later when the startup was discontinued. Martin has also offered to speak multiple times for several meetings in the open source communities I've been involed in about intellectual property, and a year later people still reference his talk in discussions at this group. He is a dedicated philanthropist and his work reflects his commitments to the community.
