1.) After "reviewing" my Real Estate Contract of Sale she thought the 2flat I was purchasing was a condo. 2.) Did a poor job for the Attorney Review and when a questionable conveyance came up she told me "I don't know what that is, I have never seen it before, you should just talk to the listing agent" 3.) After I DID THE RESEARCH to understand the conveyance I disagreed, she had the nerve to question my decision... "Between you and me, are you really buying this house as a owner-occupant, I don't understand what the problem is" 4.) Invoiced me $300 for doing nothing but making mistakes and even on the invoice listed the wrong property address from the sales contract....
