In my first meeting with Marta, she gave me the facts regarding my rights and the strength of the case, and areas that would not benefit the case. I like her knowledge and knowledge of the law in regards to the Department of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity that protects employees’ rights. My favorite thing about working with Martin & Vanegas, APC was all the staff. They were great at responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner. They communicate all my questions to Marta and Marta made herself available to respond to emails or set up calls that might need deeper explanations regarding my case. In the end, we were able to go through mediation and Marta was able to request the best mediator. I received a fair settlement in a shorter period of time without needing to go through more emotional distress through a deposition. Marta is a fighter and we were willing to go all the way to court if needed. Her hard work put a value on all the evidence she presented in my case.

A few of my coworkers and I had been mistreated by a former employer. We were scared and uninformed of our rights and what steps to take. Marta's consultation was not only informative, she was exceptionally comforting and kind. Taking the next steps felt terrifying, but Marta made sure to make the process as smooth and comfortable for us as possible. We were VERY happy with the results. THANK YOU, MARTA!
