Marshall Cohen and his staff are some of the most competent and caring legal teams I have ever worked with. I would recommend Marshall (and have) to any of my clients should their financial situation ever need legal counsel or assistance!
Marshall and his newly brought on Ryan DeYoung are truly 2 of the best honest and professional attorneys. They have been a big part of my survival through my medical issues and battles. They have always issued the best advice and always follow it through. I have dealt a lot with Kay and Katie and they are sincere and eager to help. Not only will I refer my brother, I would refer any person who is looking for the true meaning of help and integrity. I personally want to thank them and all their staff for making the very best acquaintance in a bad situation. God is good and directs us to good people. I found them!
Marshall Cohn and his staff were nothing but courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend him for anyone who is going to file chapter 7 or 13. I was super nervous when I first met with him and his staff. They did everything possible to comfort me.
I found Mt Cohen & his staff to be very courteous and caring . Many follow up calls to check on my status & we'll bring along with updates on my case . I would recommend his services to anyone and would use him again if the need ever arises .
I've used Marshall for my very first bankruptcy in 1995, while in my early 20's. When my husband and I found ourselves in a situation where we needed financial relief, due to predatory housing lending practices, it was Marshall who we called upon . Marshall is very knowledgeable and explains the processes in layman's terms. Whenever we had/have a question, he is there and patient in understanding our questions and concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend Marshall EVERY TIME!!!
Marshall spent many long years helping me with several bankruptcy cases during a very long divorce fight. He became more than a atty, and more like a friend. He was more than helpful with both chapter 13 and chapter 7 I definatly would reccomend him.
After four visits Mr. Cohen decided that I should convert from chapter 13 to 7. I instead went to a reputable attorney who stated I was not a candidate for chapter 13 . period. If you still wish to use Marshall Cohen AS An attorney, you will soon be parted with yout money.
Allowed a debt that my ex was to pay, per our divorce, attach to y filing. Told me not to worry when I called his office about the letter I rec'd from the trustee that this was being done. After they found the letter in my file, I was told my payments would still cover the debt I originally agreed to repay. When my chapter 13 was discharged and I asked him why he let my wifes creditor attach to my case he replied that he is not a divorce attorney. He does not look at divorce orders.
