Took me through the process for Green Card (family based). Personable, professional and prepared. Marsha and her staff are attentive, responsive and pay attention to what you say. They really took care of me, and helped move me along when I got stuck a couple of times. Highly recommended.

I called Marsha last Friday after finding her on Avvo.com. My parent's permanent residence have been approved for more than a year! They entered the country and were both supposed to receive their cards within three months of entry. My dad got his in early 2016. My mother's however didn't and that's when the nightmare started. They eventually left then returned in August before my moms immigration visa expires. Upon return we checked the status and got the worst run around anyone could experience. I didn't give up and kept calling BUT got a different answer each time. Eventually, we got told that the immigration lost her file and can't locate any information. At that point I decided to find a competent lawyer to get advise. I called Marsha on Nov 11th 2016. I left a voicemail and she called me right back. She not only listened to the long issue I had about my mothers green card but she genuiely seemed to want to help. She gave me three options requested an extension for the i551 immigrant visa on her passport so she can exit the country without any issues down the road; file for the i90 AND she insisted that I keep calling and check on the status. She told me to go back to the local Seattle office and explain the situation. They will likely grant her the i551 extension due to her trip on nov 25th. We did just that! We had to fight hard of course BUT without her telling me about the i551 extension or request we would never have known that there was this option available. The other lawyer i talked was extremely negative and did not provide me with any information. A week later, Im Happy to say that thanks to her my mom got her i551 stamped AND with my own persistence got her biometrics done once again and the green card is finally on its way. Thank you Marsha for giving me the boost I needed to insist and the INFORMATION we needed to fix the problem. You rock! Best, Bella

Hello, Wanted to write a review for Marsha in the hopes that more lucky people get to work with her. Back in 2011 I was fortunate enough to have Ms Mavunkel as my immigration attorney. Since the day I contacted her she has been very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. A great pleasure to work with her and to have her representing me through my permanent resident application process. She was very hands on, docile and aware of the entire process, customizing her legal approach based on my case. With extra consultation meetings beyond the business hours, she made sure that my entire application file was in order and no other forms, supplemental documents were need it. Needless to say, I received my green card in the mail three months from the date I have sent my file for consideration to the USCIS. At this time, 2014 I am in the process of starting my naturalization process and the first person I have contacted was Ms Mavunkel. I can not imagine being represented by somebody else. I have full confidence in her knowledge and her ability to represent my application as best and most professionally possible. I can not recommend her more. She is the best!! Titus

Titus

You rock! Best, Bella

Titus
