Let me first start off by saying. I'm very upset with the services I received. As a client I should not have to follow up and constantly call my own Lawyer to make sure things are being taken care of. I understand that people have other clients and they will not always be able to respond a minute later. You should at least be able to respond within 24 business hours or less for least important phone calls and important one within a few hours. The organization skills and sense of urgency lacks here. They are always last minute and do not explain anything too you or assist you with filling out information. They send you something through Mycase that was due a month ago and want you to be able to complete it by EOD of that day when they had more than enough time to appropriately give you the information they needed back. I will say Ms. King as a person seems to be okay but for the professionalism of being a lawyer its a red flag. I wouldn't suggest you go with her unless you don't mind having a lawyer you cant contact or discuss much of your case with. Lastly nobody calls you back when you they say they will smh :( If I could Rate this no stars I would.
