Of my five most recent criminal cases, three were "not guilty," one was a hung jury, later dismissed by the court, and in the fifth, my client declined the people's offer of time served (which would have been about 8 months), and, against my advice, insisted on going to trial. Mr. Mckinniss has a passion for justice and made certain I was comfortable with his representation of my case. It was a case that had a considerable amount of high anxiety for me and from the moment he was hired, I felt his reassurance and felt I could trust him with things I did not understand with my case. Mr Mckinniss fosters a high level of commitment to his client. He understood my objective and helped me get resolution. I have worked with maybe 20 attorneys over the last eight years in multiple cases and Mark Mckinniss is the first one who actually will listen to what is being said.
