Mark Stinnett defends clients in complex civil litigation and arbitration proceedings involving business tort, medical and professional liability claims. In 36 years of defense practice, he owns an outright winning percentage in trial of better than 94%, and is often retained specifically to serve as trial counsel in catastrophic injury or high damage exposure cases. In addition to multiple defense verdicts in his primary areas of practice outlined above, Mark has obtained favorable jury verdicts for clients in insurance, construction, negligence, contract, and oil and gas litigation, and has defended multi-million dollar employment, probate and trust cases. He practices in Colorado, New Mexico and Texas.Mark is involved nationally as a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America. He chairs the Program Task Force of the Philmont Ranch Committee, which provides oversight for Philmont Scout Ranch, the BSA's national high adventure wilderness backpacking base and the largest private camp in the world, and is a member of BSA's National Health & Safety and National Adventures Committees.
