My firm, Shaffer & Shaffer, LLP is engaged in the general practice of law, with an emphasis on real estate law and related matters.  The firm provides legal services for individual, corporate and institutional clients in various fields; primarily conveyancing, which includes Buyer, Seller and Lender representation, title examination, title certification and title insurance.  The firm represents numerous lenders, including Banks and Private Mortgage Companies.  I specialize in all forms of commercial and residential real estate conveyancing and financing for these clients.
