Mark Sampath is admitted to both the Washington and Oregon State Bars, focusing on corporate business law and primarily assisting small to medium-sized businesses in Oregon and Southwest Washington.  Mark acts as outside in-house counsel for a number of small to medium-sized business clients in a variety of industries.  He has handled cases in both U.S. Federal Court for the Western District of Washington, and occasionally provides counsel on a Pro Hac Vice basis. He is also the current President and past Treasurer of the Clark County Bar Association.
