I received excellent service from Mark Plunkett on a complicated, even nebulous, real estate/inheritance issue. Mark is a knowledgeable, experienced attorney who seems to really care about getting the best results for his clients. His services were reasonably priced, he is not one of those lawyers where you can practically feel the vibrations of the spinning meter and you get billed down to the minute. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of assistance in the real estate or inheritance fields.
We used Mr Plunkett to complete our very complicated estate planning using a Revocable Living Trust and a Special Needs Trust for our adult child that will need a lifetime of care and supervision. This attorney was amazing, and he actually came to our home for free. I have never heard of that kind of service from an attorney before. He is sometimes difficult to get in touch with. But that is what a voicemail is for. Overall, this attorney was one of the best experiences we have had with legal matters.
I actully came across Mr. Plunket's information on internet. I have not ever worked with more professional lawyer. He provides excellent services and is a perfectionist. I had him do my will and you should have seen the way he presnted it and the hight quality paper he used. He was able to finish my paperwork three days prior. I would higly recommend him to anyone. I can't see how one can regret working with him.
First of all he has no real parking at his office, so parked illegally in the back and was worried about being to towed. Then he basically talked over us when trying to get our questions answers, so it was like a sale's speal. Then weeks of no responses and lack follow through. I'd say you can hit or miss get a hold of him on the phone which is great, but then you realize maybe he's too pre-occupied, and the asset protection "package" is really not worth the money when its a matter of cranking out used forms or so it appears. So perhaps others have had good experiences with Mark, I can't say the same. Anyways, if any are being helped well that's great, our situation was more urgent than not and well don't want to feel like you have an attorney that is untrustworthy and doesn't trust etc. This would equate to throwing money into a black-hole.
