There were many aspects, from the non-compete to compensation, that the employer was imposing but I did not believe was appropriate. I hired him in Feb 2020. I understand with covid-19 things where a little different this year but I could barely get him to answer phone calls. He forgot to summon my ex husband for court the first time in August, so we had to reschedule for over a month out. Finally went to court for my divorce at the end of September and he didn't have my final decree ready for the judge to sign. Fast-forward to December and my divorce decree is finally filed. Had other issues in my case and upon going to the court house on my own I will be filing the rest of what I need on my own because he will not take my calls. I've been very understanding through it all. I would not recommend him to anyone. I paid a good bit of money to retain him and in all honesty I could have probably just done this myself.

Although we went in a different direction, we want to say that mark was wonderful to work with. Offering advice and council to our son. Because of Covid we worked over the phone and never had the opportunity to actually meet in person. He was kind and compassionate regarding our situation.
