Because of Mark's legal expertise and experience, and his tenacity, minutes prior to my appearing in trial the charge was dismissed with prejudice, meaning the charge can never be resurrected against me; its truly over.

While I am sure Mr. Nermyr has had bigger cases this one had larger implications due to the fact that I am in the military. He treated my case with how I was treating it and my family really appreciated that as there was so much at stake. I never thought I would be in the situation I was placed in while in Phoenix but I am sure glad I became friends with Mr. Nermyr and he took the time to represent me. His knowledge and experience was noticeable while in court and the jurors noticed his experience.
