Mark NeJame received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida and graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, College of Law, in 1980. He is based in Central Florida with his main office in Orlando, but has routinely handled state and federal cases and clients throughout Florida, having practiced in numerous counties throughout Florida and in all Florida federal district courts; the Middle, Northern and Southern U.S. District Courts. In addition to Florida, he has represented clients and handled cases in numerous other states and districts throughout the United States and the Caribbean including cases in Georgia, Texas, Massachusetts, California, New York, Virgin Islands, New Jersey, Michigan, North Carolina and Virginia. For the first 25 years of his 32 year career, Mark NeJame primarily devoted his practice to that of criminal defense. His state and national reputation was achieved by passionately representing thousands of clients charged with essentially every type of criminal offense. Today, NeJame Law has the largest criminal defense team in Central Florida, and possibly in Florida. Because of the demand for him and his firm to provide additional legal services, NeJame Law expanded its practice areas several years ago and now includes personal injury, immigration and civil/commercial litigation divisions. I hired NeJame lawfirm to represent me with my car accident and received a great service. Had the best experience and great help from Mary Weiser , she was very helpful and supportive. I have heard so much about him not abulance chaser real attorney. Knowledge is king .our forefathers lost lives limbs families so we may be free from corrupted govt people companies. Thank whomever you worship this man exists.
I would recommend this attorney to anyone in my family my close friends my spouse. my current attorney is Eric braker. He has worked on two separate cases, one which involving a convicted felon with a deadly weapon that case was dropped with no probable cause.... the other case has got dismissed. (grand theft auto 3rd degree) Case dismiss under certain conditions. Please have patience with him because they will work as a Team & with you to get the job done. It is well worth it !!!!

Very pleased with his legal representation. We found Mr. NeJame through AVVO last year and we decided to have a consultation with him. It did not take more than that for us to decide we wanted him to handle our case. We were being falsely accused of fraud and scared to death. Mr NeJame and his staff helped us feel like we could breath again! Charges were dropped and we are back in track. We would recommend him to anyone being falsly accused

I really learned alot with kris. I would recommend this firm to anyone that needs help with anything.
