Background: Mark was raised in Dundalk by his stay-at-home mom and his dad who worked on the Dundalk waterfront. He graduated from Dundalk High School in 1985. After high school, Mark attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He then enrolled at the University of Maryland School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 1993. In 1992 while still in law school, Bill Blondell hired Mark as summer law clerk. For Mark, it began the greatest educational experience of his life. In 1993, he was hired as a trial lawyer for Blondell & Associates. he did everything he can to insure my case was handled properly and accordingly ..the other guy had no chance with mark on my side ..very straight to the point good lawyer ..
On December 3rd, 2016, I was seriously injured in an automobile accident in which the speeding vehicle who ran a red light was killed on impact and I was seriously injured. The entire event has been devastating and I suffered from extreme pain and discomfort these past few months in therapy and rehab, however Blondell & Miller LLC, specifically my lawyer Mark was amazing throughout. He comforted me when I called to talk on the phone when bills came and told me what to do, eased my anxieties, and was amazingly compassionate throughout the entire case. I do not know where I would be without them today, and I am grateful to god that I was provided such a wonderful team to assist me in getting the compensation I needed. If you need a personal injury lawyer I recommend them HIGHLY. They will work with you, talk with you, explain things well especially when hospital bills arrive and get you the BEST you deserve in compensation.

I was represented by Attorney Miller beginning in June of 2013.I had developed a fairly severe bilateral carpal and ulnar tunnel syndrome related to my decades of work as a maintenance machinist.Attorney Miller, and his fine staff at Blondell & Miller did a wonderful job handling my case. As someone who was unfamiliar with this process,there were times when I would get uneasy about the process, and time that would lapse between movement in my case. However, Attorney Miller and his staff would always ease my concerns and reassure me that this is sometimes how a Workers Compensation case can go before reaching a final resolution. So in closing, I would highly recommend Attorney Miller and his fine staff if you ever have a need for legal representation that falls within their field of legal expertise.
The lack of communication is sad! I hired Mr. Miller to represent me in my workman's compensation case. He didn't inform me of pertinent information. I felt as though I was doing the work, I was the one contacting the doctor for my records, then driving to pick them up, and finally emailing them to his assistant Lee. When I had an inquiry, I felt as though I was bothering them. Several times I had to send my emails twice because I wouldn't get a response. When I hired a new lawyer, they explained the entire process of my workmans comp case in detail. I found out information that Mr. Miller should have told me in the beginning. I do not recommend having Mr. Miller represent you.
