Two members of my family retained. Stockman for separate actions. They have not received money from their settlements. Stockman sent out vague letters that cited technical issues for non payment. He failed, as is required by his terms of suspension, to notify that he can not represent clients. I fear my family's settlements have been lost to his cited history of commingling private and client funds.
