Wow, I made a bad decision that could have cost me dearly and potential jail time. From the moment I met Mark Mack I knew I had made the right choice for my attorney. As I assume most of you here have done something stupid (as I did), I want to share my experience. I had a temporary lapse of judgment last month, having a few too many cocktails and driving home. Long story short, I found the field sobriety test and they searched my car and found 2 ounces of marijuana. Needless to say, I got a ride to the police station in the back of his car. The court appointed attorney wanted my son to plead guilty and serve couple of months in jail, pay a fine and have his record permanently damaged for a crime that he did not commit. After speaking to attorney Mack, he told us that we should not plead guilty because there was essentially no evidence against my son. Our case dragged on for months but we always felt that Mr. Mack and his practice was on top of things and was very aware of the facts of our case.
