Mr. Kohl called me, introduced himself and set up appointment for me to come in to discuss my case. I immediately felt a level of comfort with him and his expertise to handle my case. He was interested in me, my well-being, me being made as whole in this situation. I tried listen and follow Mr. Kohl’s advice the best I could. Mr. Kohl is very helpful with suggestions. If you don't understand how the case is going just ask and he will break everything down for you. He did a great job keeping in contact with me. In my particular case he kept me in the loop with what the other insurance company was offering and exactly where my case stood. I never had a problem with him not emailing or calling me back. My overall experience with this firm was exceptional.
