Mark is the most dishonest lawyer you will ever meet. I hired him to handle my child support/ parentage case and he dragged it out, was dishonest, and disorganized. He bullshitted me the whole time, overcharging me for times he was late to court because he overbooks himself. I only found out because the other party's attorney mentioned in court how he at times was over an hour late. Even when asking numerous times to consolidate my case oppose to having to cases (I was paying him to show up for each case instead being in one court for both) his response was that the judge wouldn't allow it. When I got a new lawyer, I found out the judge actually recommended he consolidate and gave him time to do so. Since he lied to me (I have all the emails), I ended up having to pay a $1500 fine because of his dishonesty and unethical behavior to not consolidate. My new lawyer couldn't believe how long he dragged my case out when it was a simple case. This is just a small part but I would stay away from this man, he is a fraud.

DO NOT TRUST this man with your hard earned money or whatever situation you need services with!! Everything started out fine. I gave a $2500 retainer for some modifications needed to a parenting arrangement. He went to court and filed the appropriate papers. Then never did what he was supposed to after that. He kept continuing my case without my knowledge all the while charging me for every trip to court. Then after four months and 3 trips to court continuing everything he ceased all contact with me. He never informed me what happened in court. Never informed me that he was continuing my case to a further date. He didn’t show up to court and my case ended up being dismissed because of him. Now I have to start all over with a new lawyer. Over a month and a half, I called him 5 times and emailed 4 times trying to get some communication. Only after I emailed did he finally call back only to feed me BS about being busy, promising he was finally going to do his job, only to be blown off again. Well I’m a client who paid upfront and I’m entitled to time like everyone else. I was treated like dirt and can’t even believe that all of this happened for no reason because of his negligence. Do not trust this man.

When another 2 lawyers reviewed my divorce, both reported that Mr. Kezy's sloppy and poor work is why I'm still in court as of today. Both, also said I could have sued report him for his malpractice, but to much time has passed. Mr. Kezy had charged me 16,000 USD to show up 4 times and in the end didn't even type out and efile my final divorce and now has cost me over 100,000 dollars because he couldn't write up and finalize my divorce. Please you will see, he is fast, sloppy, and talks too fast and really expensive for shoddy work. Even when I called him to complete the work he told me that I still owe him $1,600.
