KATHLEEN CAMPBELL DAVIS - ATTORNEY WITH CAMPBELL AND LEVINEA resident of Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, Kathleen Campbell Davis has served as an attorney with the law firm of Campbell & Levine, LLC, in Wilmington, Delaware, since 2002. Focusing on mass tort settlement trusts as an outside general counsel, she also represents clients in civil litigation and commercial bankruptcy cases. Previously, lawyer Kathleen Campbell Davis served as a legal intern in the civil litigation division of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Lawrence O’Toole.She holds a bachelor of arts in literature and philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh and a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. The recipient of multiple accolades, she earned the CALI Award for Excellence in Advanced Bankruptcy and an award for Excellence in Feminist Legal Theory.In addition to her position as a lawyer with Campbell & Levine, she volunteers as an attorney with the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate.
