Mr. Harley is an experienced Immigration Attorney. Raised on a small farm in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, he has a strong work ethic which drives his passion in helping his immigration clients. Mr. Harley has been exclusively practicing immigration law in Pittsburgh for over seven years. Prior to his career in law, Mr. Harley served as a constituent service representative for a Member of Congress, assisting individuals with immigration concerns. Having worked closely with the government, Mr. Harley has a unique understanding of how to handle the most complex of immigration issues. Mr. Harley focuses his practice on representing individuals and businesses in all areas of immigration law. He is active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association, most recently serving as the Chairman of the Pittsburgh chapter. We hired Mark after reading good reviews online. Our experience over the past 2 years has been terrible. Little mistakes from him and his assistant like uploading the wrong documents or failing to give us the correct information has cost us several months in setbacks. After speaking with other families on the same journey, we have realized that we put our future in the wrong hands. The point of hiring a lawyer for this is to save time and do it correctly. This has not been our case. Save yourself the money and do it on your own.
