I hired this attorney to help process and H1B visa for an employee. Fornaris required $5,000 in advance. He was friendly and informative at first, explaining the process, but then the employee quit BEFORE Fornaris filed or delivered any services, other than 2 or 3 short phone calls to explain the process. I requested a refund...at least a partial refund! ...but Fornaris refuses to return calls or answer letters. He didn't deliver the service.
