From him working the on Salvation Army Advisory Board, to setting up the Olathe Police Foundation for us to helping us with our family case, I have found him to be very knowledgeable and communicative when information is available. The courts have the hands tied for the attorneys and so they can only communicate when the courts do. Its the court system that I have issues with, they are slow to respond and communication is tied to the processes and steps of litigation.
Our experiences over two civil cases have proved that Mick Eichholz is not a competent, reliable and responsible attorney. We regretted greatly for engaging him and paid the price with our loss of damages and precious time. The worse part of his unprofessionalism is that he takes weeks to respond to a simple update request and even neglects court filing date to let client's case drift without clear direction. This is a totally unacceptable practice as a board certified attorney. Stay away!
