He is very expert lawyer thank you so much Mr Mark I will not forget your help thank again
Mark Davidson is a probably the best lawyer in Chicago, even if he do not took my case he give me advice that let me stay and get me citizenship. Would recommend him to all who need help. If you ready to hear true about your case and not promises that everything going to be fine go to Mark.
Today is the day when I become a U.S.A. citizen and I have to thank for that to attorney Mark Davidson. I have approach him in the past with a complex case when because of some false accusations I was one step away closer to deportation. His advice has helped me to sustain my case in court and mantain in the same time a clean path for citizenship. After this crazy ride I finally have the opportunity to continue my life in U.S. as a citizen and teach my american born child about the the values of this country. A country that was built by immigrants that like me have face discrimination and tough challenges in life. However they never stop believing in the great “American Dream”. This dream is the roots of our country and this diversity is what makes America great. In today’s dark immigration climate however you need an attorney like Mark by your side. Resonable priced, and with a high level of professionalism and experience you can’t be wrong by retaining his service. I already highly recommended him to all my friends and family! Thank you for all your help.
Mark Davidson is very knowledgeable, extremely experienced, helpful and brilliant professional, he pays attention to details. Mr. Mark and his legal assistants Mrs. Olga and Mrs. Natalia, are wonderful and pleasant to work with. Were great to work in every step of the process. I highly recommend Mr. Mark and his team to anyone who needs help with their immigration process. Thanks to their excellent work!
We couldn’t have been happier with the help and assistance we have received from Mark every step of the way during our immigration process. We have had two different large immigration firms representing us prior to Mark, neither one of which was able to be nearly as creative in finding solutions in tricky and complex immigration case, nor as dedicated. From our initial meeting with Mark, he was very diligent, but also straight up and fair about what our possibilities are, and for the first time since we started our process we felt like we were being in good hands. He gave us precise directions and always set realistic expectations, with a good strategy in place but without making false promises, which was refreshing. We went through J-visa process, H1B applications, permanent residency application and through each one of these processes we felt like Mark and Leigh always had a back-up plan in case something didn’t work out, within the limits of the law, and there was always specific guidance on their part, which we were missing with all of our previous representatives. We feel beyond happy and also fortunate that we had an attorney who through his thoughtful and dedicated approach, helped us reach a permanent residency status in relatively very short period of time. I would sincerely recommend Mark to everyone seeking detail oriented, knowledgeable, experience and yet carrying attorney to represent them in their immigration case.
As soon as the Supreme Court declared the Defense of Marriage Act to be Unconstitutional in 2013, I contacted Mark Davidson to request Residency for my spouse. Davidson and Schiller worked efficiently as a team to guide me through all the steps (the I-130, the Hardship Waiver I601, and finally, the Consulate Interview. This was a nerve wracking time for me and my spouse and I was so nervious when we went to Juarez to have the interview with the consulate. I was so worried that the Consular staff wouldn't like something in the paperwork that we had prepared and they would reject my petition and my husband wouldn't come home. As it turned out, Mark's team had followed all the steps in the process perfectly, they gave us a package of paperwork arranged exactly as the consular personnel wanted, and he received his visa within a week. I give Mark Davidson 5 stars and I have already recommended him to many of my friends, including my co-worker Tom Bloom, who brought his son Sam to Davidson where he successfully got his wife's green card. I can't say enough about how thoughtful, organized, and efficient, the services of Davidson and Schiller were and I will continue to recommend them to anybody who asks.
The least I can do is to provide a fair review. My journey to the States was very easy thanks to Mark. He worked on my visa two years ago - it was approved within a month. In July 2016 Mark accepted to take my case for perm residency. Mark and his assistant Leigh, much obliged, have been more than helpful to me in a stressful time where a new administration has been taking over and the uncertainty for immigrants is growing. Mark, thank you very much. I have been recommending Mark to anyone seeking a phenomenal lawyer's advise and help.
So I found Mr. Davidson after I was denied by asylum officer and they sent me to the court. My case is complex and complicated, but 15 minutes was enough for him, to find mistakes of my previous attorney and understand my story. He is not the cheapest lawyer you will find, but every cent you will pay to him will be paid off, believe me!! Mark was very honest right from beginning and generally he is a nice guy.
A lawyer myself, and having worked with recruiting lawyers in Chicago for more than 20 years and therefore having access to many sources of information, there is no question that Mark Davidson is the Dean of the Chicago immigration bar. The many recommendations I initially received of him, were confirmed in four years of working with him to bring my wife back to the United States in obtaining first a green card and then a waiver of the 10 year statutory bar. You are in excellent hands with Mark Davidson, however inhumane and frustrating the U.S. immigration laws may be. Unlike some immigration lawyers in Chicago he does not gouge his clients on fees. His fees were reasonable to a fault. He has a great team working with him. I recommend him extremely highly.
Used Davidson & Schiller for changing status to Conditional Resident, then Permanent Resident and eventually US Citizen. Since they are in downtown Chicago, their office was easily accessible. They helped me go through the process with ease and answered any questions I had. I did had some hiccups in my case (USCIS fault), however they kept on top of things to make sure the case won't get affected. They sometimes have latency in their replies, but eventually do get back to you. Other than that, you can't go wrong with them.
