Mark R. Dancer has extensive experience in all types of civil litigation.  He practiced law in Los Angeles, California, for many years, before moving back to Michigan, where he grew up.  Mr. Dancer has successfully represented clients in virtually all types of civil litigation, in a variety of practice areas, including personal injury, wrongful death, environmental, insurance coverage, business and commercial, banking, collection, construction, land use and real estate matters.  Mr. Dancer has obtained some of Michigan’s largest settlements and verdicts in the past several years.  Mr. Dancer has been awarded an AV rating for his high level of professional excellence by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available.  Mr. Dancer is also a skilled mediator, offering mediation as an alternative way of resolving all types of civil disputes.
