About
Following graduation from Penn State University with a degree in Administration of Justice, Mark attended paralegal school and began his legal career as a paralegal with Peter J. Karoly & Associates, a personal injury and medical malpractice litigation firm in Allentown. Mark enjoyed the practice of law and litigation so much that he decided to go to law school, and attended Quinnipiac University School of Law. Showing his tenacity for the practice of law, Mark completed law school in two and one-half years, while still participating in school activities including the Moot Court Honor Society, Mock Trial Society, Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Fraternity, Student Bar Association Delegate and the Rugby Team. He also continued to work as a law clerk at Peter J. Karoly & Associates during his law school tenure. After graduating law school in 1995, Mark returned to Allentown and distinguished himself as a tough negotiator and litigator, concentrating his efforts in the personal injury and auto collision areas. Through his work at Peter J. Karoly & Associates and Eidelman Crossley, LLC, Mark has personally been responsible for over $10 million dollars in settlements and verdicts in the past fifteen years, including individual cases in excess of $1 million dollars.He has also been appointed to serve as an Arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, where he hears evidence and decides cases. In 2011, Mark Crossley joined Scherline & Associates and continues to represent victims involved in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites and worker's compensation. While Mark earns his reputation in the courtroom, he also believes in community service. Mark serves as a Lieutenant in the Fleetwood Volunteer Fire Department and also serves as the President of that organization and Treasurer for the Fireman's Relief Association. He has numerous state certifications in firefighting, rescue and emergency medical services. He also serves as President of the board of directors for Tarsus Corporation, a non-profit organization benefiting senior citizens and as President of the Fleetwood Area Youth Football and Cheerleading Association, helping with youth football and cheering and serving as an assistant coach. Mark is also active with the Boy Scouts. Mark is married and has four children. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Federal District Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the Lehigh County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations; and is also a longstanding member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
