Extremely experienced in Immigration Law, great work product, very reasonably priced and enjoyed working with him.
I was convicted after jury trial of possession of 200 pounds of marijuana in my car when entering from Mexico in 1994. In 2010, my Green Card was confiscated by the Customs and Protection Officer; and I was placed in Removal proceedings in Miami. My previous lawyer me that Section 212 relief was nit available after jury trial in the 11th Federal Circuit. However, Mr. Carmel adeptly notices that tide was turning in my favor with the majority of circuits excluding the 11th circuit holding the new view tat Section 212 Relief was available after jury trial. In the Miami Immigration Court Mr. Carmel successfully argued that the outdated law of the 11th Circuit should be changed to reflect the growing numbers of Federal Circuits now holding that Section 212 Relief applied after jury trial. The Judge agreed with Mr. Carmel, and my Green Card was restored.
Mark Carmel is a very knowledgeable person that will guide you through your litigation process. I used his services and I couldn't be more grateful to have found him to help us out with our immigration papers. He is a person that constantly keeps in touch via email and text; this is very important from our point of view as a client because most Attorney do not keep in touch with their clients. Another great aspect about this Attorney is reliability and the fact that he is honest about his work. Honestly, I wouldn't hire anyone else in south Florida to help me out with Immigration issues. Mark is your guy!
I used immigration services of Mark Carmel to apply for an O-1 extraordinary ability visa. I was amazed at how quickly my petition was approved. Mark also showed a great personal interest in seeing that my visa case was approved. He was always willing to respond to phone calls and emails. Very glad to have found him.
Mark is a fraud. I have dealt with many attorneys for business and personal reasons and Mark was by far the worst. Not only does he lack competence, but he is dishonest.
