Mark D. Brynteson earned his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Biochemistry in 1980 and Juris Doctor Degree in 1989. Following graduation from Law School, he formed his own law firm with two colleagues and has been actively practicing personal injury law through the present.Mark quickly distinguished himself as one of the outstanding trial lawyers in the Tidewater Community of Virginia. During his first year of practice, he was a member of a team that obtained a 5 million dollar jury verdict in a wrongful death case in the Chesapeake Circuit Court. He continued to attain sensational results for his clients, now in excess of $20 million dollars. Mark's primary areas of practice are medical malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injury.Mark also represents Not-for-Profit Organizations. He was the Chief Operating Officer of two large multi-million dollar NFP's for 8 years. One of these entities operated two radio stations, six HUD 202 retirement centers and a k-12 school. The other aired weekly TV and radio shows on multiple media outlets. He also implemented risk management programs that promoted a safe environment for customers and reduced annual insurance premiums by $25,000.Mark also provides Estate Planning Services to the general public. He assists people in their estate planning matters, be it the preparation of a will or trust with personal concern. He believes in education based planning, with the goal to educate people in their planning options and assist them in making informed quality decisions.Mark has been admitted to practice in Virginia since 1989 and Illinois from 2001. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Eastern District Court of Virginia.

I have Known Mr. Brynteson for many years. I first met him in a social setting at a men's prayer group, then later had the privilege to use him professionally on several occasions. Mr. Brynteson has set up two non-profit corporations that I am a part of in record time. His competence, speed of action and knowledge in the area was astounding! When I finally called Mark Brynteson after being mired in a nasty situation for several months, Mark immediately took charge and directed every reponse on my part. He explained the problems clearly from a legal standpoint and also provided options when they were available. One day when I was quite sick and flat on my back, Mark called to follow up on a problem. When he finished, he said, "Today I'm not on the clock". Under the circumstances, that consideration was highly appreciated.
