I have worked with Mark Bogen in the context of a Defendant in his court (he is also a judge). Despite the fact that i was a defendant, and he was the judge who sometimes rendered a finding that was not in my favor (sent me to jail a couple of times), i must say that i this man is one of the most unbiased, unprejudiced, fair, and reasonable men that i have ever met.
