Perhaps one of the greediest, most detached and unconcerned lawyers I've had to deal with in my entire life. More concerned with securing his exorbitant payment before answering any questions, be they basic and procedural in nature, than in instilling a feeling of having my interests at heart and a willingness to move forward with a very easy, very basic legal proceeding. Mark Berson is gruff, immature and from what I was able to gather I can only assume extremely hard of hearing as a number of questions went completely unanswered.
