Mr. Arias has twenty-nine years of experience as a practicing attorney in both State and Federal courts. After many years of practice his true passion has become Immigration and Nationality Law with a special emphasis in Business Immigration, Family unification and Defense of Deportation.Mr. Arias has been published in weekly news articles on Immigration for “EL Nuevo Dia” and “La Prensa” local Hispanic Newspapers. He was a Radio Host on local Hispanic radio station “1030am” from 2006-2007, conducting a live weekly radio show answering Immigration Law questions. He has been a Key Note Speaker on Immigration Law for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce from 2005-2007 and for the Greater Metro Orlando Chamber of Commerce in 2007. He also presented a weekly Immigration Law news segment for local Orlando Hispanic T.V. Station “Telemundo” from 2009 until 2010 and was also the featured attorney on Immigration Law news segment for local Orlando, Hispanic T.V. Station “Univision” in 2009. Mr. Arias is also the attorney for the Consulate of Mexico in Orlando, FL from 2008 to present day.
