Not only is he a amazing lawyer he is a kind hearted and soft spoken man and if he is married...She's a very lucky woman. He knows his stuff especially custody issues. I'd NEVER USE ANOTHER ATTORNEY. HE IS VERY TRUSTWORTHY.

I hired Mark for a consultation because I felt that I had a simple case and I needed to figure out my best options. After a short consultation he advised me on my next move, in a Landlord and Tenant case. His advice turned out to be entirely incorrect, and because I was too cheap to consult with a real attorney who would admit that he is outside his area of expertise. The money I saved in consultation fees was made up for by the $1,000+ I lost due to his plainly incorrect knowledge of the law. After I tried to contact him with these results to see what he thought, I was asked for another consultation fee by his secretary and then never contacted by him again. I cannot recommend Mr. Anderson under any circumstance because he will do anything to get his fees, and is not concerned with being up front when he doesn't know what he is talking about.

I absolutely wouldn't recommend Mark even to my worst enemy! Mark is an independent lawyer unaffiliated with any law firm. He takes on way to many public court-appointed cases to make ends meet and hence, he's way too busy. If you have a serious felony, don't bother with this lawyer because Mark is not the lawyer to help you succeed. He even told me that he goes as far as Floyd & Pulaski counties for misdemeanor petty cases - talk about a bottom feeder! During my court case, he didn't email nor call me to keep me updated like most lawyers do. Furthermore, since he's a 1 man operation, you're not likely to get the attention to detail nor quality due diligence work you'd get from a respected lawyer in a law firm. There are an abundance of lawyers in South West Virginia that are well qualified and capable of a better job than Mark Anderson!

Not only is he a amazing lawyer he is a kind hearted and soft spoken man and if he is married...She's a very lucky woman. He knows his stuff especially custody issues. I'd NEVER USE ANOTHER ATTORNEY. HE IS VERY TRUSTWORTHY.
