About

I  have been an Attorney for the past 11 years handling personal injury, real estate and social security law. Most people retain my services when they have been seriously injured or when buying/selling a home. For my personal injury clients, I do my absolute best to obtain maximum recovery. While I cannot heal their injuries, I can make sure full compensation is obtained under the law. For my real estate clients, I handle the entire transaction from Contract to Closing to ensure that one of the most stressful times in their lives is the best time

Whether through inexperience or just poor lawyering, our buy/sale transaction almost got derailed because of Marie. We switched lawyers two days before we were supposed to close because the problems were getting too compounded. It took our new lawyer a while to fix the problems she created, some of which he immediately spotted. We had problems all along--she got very flustered every time there was a snag in the process (which there always is)...seemed like inexperience to me, but she also started getting aggressive with us when we asked her what was going on, and it smelled fishy. I felt like she was hiding stuff from us, and when someone forwarded me an email she wrote giving my consent for something when I had never been consulted, that was when I fired her. I just couldn't trust her judgment or her knowledge, in the end. I should have done research ahead of time and seen she doesn't specialize in real estate, but I took the recommendation of our real estate agent...and really the problems we had were way beyond what any lawyer should be doing to clients.
