We understand the world was hit by this pandemic and many things changed, not to mention processes, procedures and embassies being closed making USCIS's duties challenging to carry out and I would expect this firm's as well. However, we were changed specialists twice. In other words, we had three specialists. I will not focus on the first two individuals as I would rather prefer focusing on Marie.
