About

Chad Moody represents clients in a variety of areas such as real estate, bankruptcy, and business-related matters. His areas of practice include both civil litigation and transactional work. He enjoys the collaborative approach to providing client service and is eager to help clients reach their goals. Drawing upon his past experiences in commercial real estate transactions, finance, and other client advisory roles, Chad provides his clients a holistic approach to address their business and legal needs. Chad earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law and was ranked in the top 10% of his class. Prior to law school, Chad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting, as well as in Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University. After law school, Chad served as a staff attorney at the Idaho Court of Appeals for the Honorable Chief Judge John Melanson. Chad also worked as a judicial extern at the Idaho Supreme Court for Chief Justice Roger Burdick, and as a summer extern for the Fourth Judicial District. When Chad is not in the office, he enjoys traveling with his family, playing golf, and fly fishing.
