About

I am a former engineer and one of a very few attorneys who have succesfully completed the Law Reader program of the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners.  I am in practice with my wife Margaret in Lynchburg and I devote more than 80% of my practice to criminal defense.  I love to try cases and I have tried hundreds of cases ranging from simple traffic cases in traffic court to a seven-day first-degree murder jury trial in circuit court. If you are looking for an aggressive defense attorney who will fight to make sure your rights are protected, please call my office to schedule a consultation.  I fight for my clients.
