McCain is a great attorney if you want karma to come back and bite you. She went above and beyond to complicate every situation, especially when it came to the children. DO not waste your time. You'll end up doing more work than she does. In the end no one wins when using McCain as a family attorney.
She did not return phone calls on several occasions. She did not follow up or provide any information on how the client was supposed to follow up on property and asset divisions after the divorce was final, for example the IRA distribution. She charged for her prep on going to trial, yet convinced me to settle out of court "to save money" for her court preparation. In all, I am completely unhappy with her service.
