Mardi has been both a consultant for me on family law issues and represented me in a divorce and her knowledge, guidance and demeanor helped me through all bumps in the road. I have referred her to others and continue to call upon her when questions or new issues arise.

Mardi is kind, compassionate and competent. I have recommended her to others, but my only concern is that she was often slow in responding. I'm not sure if the problem was my Type A personality or if this is normal for a solo practitioner. (I've only worked previously with non-solo attorneys on will/trust issues , but all responded more quickly on questions and tasks.)

Mardi appeared much more interested in making money off of me than helping me resolve my case. After failing to meet every deadline, and making mistakes, she withdrew from my case, leaving me in worse shape than had I’m not hired her at all. I would not recommend her.
