Basically, there was little I could do and try to settle for minimum amount. It was so institutional. After a couple of weeks with little response, I dropped him and went with another attorney, who does not do bankruptcy as a primary business. Well, I got back much more than I expected and certainly more than what Marc said I would get.

I was referred to Mr. Stern's office by another attorney who said he knew everything about bankruptcy law. His office was helpful and had good communication, always responding to my emails promptly.
