Just phone calls despite me going to his office 2-3 times to drop off documents. I would recommend not calling a lawyer in or near the city of the medical provider. They probably know each other. He never even reviewed the surgeon's office notes where the surgeon noted numbness and weakness in fingers that correspond to the level below the one that was operated on in my cervical spine. He never commented on this because he never reviewed the surgeon's office notes where on the initial visit the surgeon wrote my symptoms which correspond to the level below the one the surgeon operated on. Specifically numbness in the ring finger and small finger which corresponds to cervical spine level C7-T1 and not C6-7 which was operated on and fused. Nothing in the surgeons exam corresponded to the level operated on. MRIs at 6 months and 1 1/2 years after the surgery show equal or worse pathology at the level below the one operated on as well as severe compression of nerves at the level operated on which was supposed to be corrected). I'll probably be on narcotics the rest of my life and spend hours a day lying on my back either waiting for the narcotics to start working or recovering from the strain of just being upright.
