About
I focus my practice on medical malpractice in Arkansas and Texas as well as Oklahoma, Mississippi and Tennessee, working with local counsel when necessary to serve clients. Having done this for years, I am able to competently review medical records and discuss medicine with most physicians. My experience helps my clients navigate extremely treacherous statutory regulations in this area of law.

I would highly recommend Marc and his team. Very professional with constant communication from start to successful finish.
Marc and his staff are wonderful people. He was professional during the case, but most of all he seemed very sincere. Even after all these years (10 yrs), they have returned most precious pictures of my dad and the family, that I had forgotten about. Thank you for your help and your kindness!
Marc, was the best lawyer that I have ever came across. When I went to him he was so understanding. I told him my situation, and he took my case. He and his staff always gave me updates, I didn't have to call a thousand times to reach anyone, and if he was not there and I needed to talk to him, they made sure he got back to me either that day or the next day. He is a down to earth person just like me and you, and that's what I like about him, easy to talk to and he makes you feel so comfortable. He got the job done and I appreciate him and his staff so much. Even though my case is over I will always be appreciative to them. If I could give him a 10 I would. If you need a compassionate, hard working, honest, lawyer Marc is the way to go. I have no regrets what so ever. Marc all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mr. Stewart took on my case when others wouldn't continue. He had the confidence and knowledge to know that I had a case. He and his associates worked hard for me. I highly recommend Marc Stewart.
Marc has been great to me! He stayed in touch constantly! He returned my calls/emails very quickly! He really fought for me! He was very personable and a "regular" guy! I really appreciated everything he has done for me. I got my check today! Thank you Marc!!!!
Marc is very personable and easy to talk with. He answers all my questions in detail with immediate response to phone calls and emails. He is very sincere in his efforts in our case.
Attorney Marc Stewart was highly recommended to my family by one of the leading law firms in our state to handle a medical malpractice case, which resulted in the untimely death of our mother. Serving as the administrator of her estate put me in a position to have to work very closely with him while developing the case. At the time we secured him as our attorney, he had law offices in our state and another state as well. Though he had a very large clientele, he and his staff were accessible to us as each need arose. He guided us through the entire process; spent countless hours developing the case. He showed a genuine concern for our personal well being as we went through the grieving process. We felt very confident of our outcome because Attorney Stewart was very knowledgeable in dealing with the medical malpractice issues. He had trained, professional staff working with him. They were abreast of the laws governing our state. We were kept informed of every action. We were represented at each court hearing. He kept us informed of every action relating to the case. The case was handled in a very timely manner. Because of the overwhelming evidence his firm put together, the case was settled out of court. The settlement amount far exceeded my family's expectations. In fact, it was probably one of the largest settlements in the history of our state, for the death of an elderly individual in a medical malpractice case. His firm handled the financial pay-out in a timely manner. We were provided documentation of all expenses. Inasmuch as she was a medicare recipient, a lien was made against the estate to recover medical expenses paid during her hospital stay. Attorney Stewart appealed that decision and the amount was reduced to a very minimal amount. We could not have found a better attorney. We highly recommend Attorney Stewart.
Without a doubt I HIGHLY recommend Marc Stewart! His dedication, determination and passion for his clients is above and beyond. Marc is easy to talk to and will answer each and every question you may have thoroughly. Since day one, he has handled our case with the utmost care as if it were his own. Marc has exceeded all of our expectations and the end result was In our favor. If you are looking for representation you can be confident in knowing you've got the best of the best, Marc Stewart is the lawyer you need in your corner!
He charged me $650.00 to tell me that I didn't have a case. How can he say free consultation on his web site? AND he never even met me in person. Just phone calls despite me going to his office 2-3 times to drop off documents. I would recommend not calling a lawyer in or near the city of the medical provider. They probably know each other. He never even reviewed the surgeon's office notes where the surgeon noted numbness and weakness in fingers that correspond to the level below the one that was operated on in my cervical spine. He never commented on this because he never reviewed the surgeon's office notes where on the initial visit the surgeon wrote my symptoms which correspond to the level below the one the surgeon operated on. Specifically numbness in the ring finger and small finger which corresponds to cervical spine level C7-T1 and not C6-7 which was operated on and fused. Nothing in the surgeons exam corresponded to the level operated on. MRIs at 6 months and 1 1/2 years after the surgery show equal or worse pathology at the level below the one operated on as well as severe compression of nerves at the level operated on which was supposed to be corrected). I'll probably be on narcotics the rest of my life and spend hours a day lying on my back either waiting for the narcotics to start working or recovering from the strain of just being upright.
I would highly recommend Marc and his team. Very professional with constant communication from start to successful finish.
