He never hid the fact that our case might not ever make it to court due to civil laws, but he made sure that our son who had been ran over by a mail carrier was totally covered for all medical expenses. While Mr. Shefman did return most of my phone calls, my experience with him is that he is overly self-confident, and often appear to be arrogant. Mr. Shefman expected me to drop everything and do what he wanted. I don’t see how he got as much as he did when I did most of the leg work. All I wanted was common courtesy from Mr. Shefman and not feel inferior and treated like I was asking for a handout. Mr. Shefman also had a bad habit of blaming me for his mistakes, next time I will take my time and not go to the first attorney I see advertised.

Spoke to this attorney on the phone about a disability issue. Marc was very rude and seemed arrogant in my opinion. His website and video promises did not match his true personality. I was very disappointed.

I personally do not recommend Marc Shrfman to represent you in any case. This is by far the worst attorney that I've ever had in my entire life. He does not return phone calls, he has a condescending attitude, very arrogant, snotty, and just overall evil. I agree with one of the clients here in stating that he points the finger at you when he screws up. Words literally cannot describe how bad this guy is my only advice is to not let him represent you in any way shape, form, or fashion.
