I understand that family law matters are private and personal and therefore best resolved through cooperation, especially in cases involving children.  When cooperation is lacking, I strongly encourage the use of mediation, resorting to a contested hearing only as a last resort.  However, should a hearing become necessary, I will aggressively pursue and protect my client's interests.
