Mr. Garelick then moved to Orange County and was an associate attorney at two high profile family law firms in Orange County. Mr. Garelick has rejoined MOLM to open their Orange County office. He works with high asset/high income individuals in complex, contested family law matters involving custody, visitation, support, domestic abuse issues, valuations of businesses and division and characterization of community and separate property assets.Mr. Garelick is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Family Law Section, as well as the Orange County Bar Association and Orange County Jewish Bar Association. He is also a participant in the Jewish Federation and Family Services on the Board of Directors as the engagement chair and as a member of Solomon Society. Mr. Garelick also sits on the board of directors of the Jewish National Fund in Orange County and for GaucherPal. His charitable activities also include starting a Voluntary Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program to help low-income individuals with tax preparation in Law School.After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Classical Civilizations from the University of California, Irvine, Mr. Garelick received his J.D. from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, while working full-time at a wills and trusts firm in Studio City, Calif.
