I was in a serious car accident and tried to deal with the insurance company myself for about 6 months, maybe more. After being ignored and basically given the run around by the insurance company (State Farm), I had to find a lawyer. I found out that when he was younger, he worked for insurance companies. It was obvious that he knew so much more about car accident claims than anyone else I talked to. The other thing that I found out that I didn't realize was important is that the insurance companies apparently keep track of whether these lawyer actually take cases to trial. He explained how they knew that (which I don't quite remember). But supposedly, If the lawyer hasn't done a trial in years, the insurance companies know that. Marco showed me some of the cases he took to trial and a few of them were pretty impressive. Apparently that's way different than "settling" with them and that's the point. When all was said and done, even though the case took longer than I though it would, he did a great job for me. Plus, I really felt like he cared about what happened to me and my family which was unexpected. I do highly recommend him.

I hired him for an accident that was not my fault, took 7 yr. to settle. unbelievable ...To much things went wrong for an accident that was not my fault, and took the life of my companion. an apology from the at-fault party would have went a long way, could have been healing for both parties.
