We appointed Mara and Alexandra to be our attorneys for the sale of our NY condo. She had previously helped us buy another condo 12 years earlier. I thought they did a great job - they were thorough, experienced, competitively priced, easy to get in touch with, and a general delight to work with. Although it was a cash sale, there was an added complication that we were foreign nonresident aliens, and she had to talk the buyer's attorney through how to complete the FIRPTA witholding docs - which she did very well.

We can't say enough about our wonderful experience with Mara and her staff. We were always given advice and assistance whenever we needed it. Not only were there no surprises during the process but our whole process of selling our house and buying our new home went so smoothly.
